Absa idirect - WORST INSURANCE EVER!!

ABSA IDIRECT IS THE WORST INSURANCE EVER! We had an accident on 26 Feb. We claimed against the guilty parties insurance (3rd Party). ABSA IDIRECT INSURANCE. We dealt with their Attorney regarding our claim. For 12 weeks we were held on a line. Back and forth. No assessor was appointed to out as Attorney said its not needed. Week 13 we got informed that the claim.is rejected. They cant tell us why. When we contacted the insured, he said he was informed that its because he "missed" a payment. BUT ABSA kept us both running up and down for 12 weeks Before all of the sudden, without communication to even their client about missed payments, the claim just gets rejected. They refuse to give our attorney information on dates on which payments were missed. We are now without a vehicle, trailer and sound equipment. Without an income. And all they say is, we will get someone to contact you. Its been 5 MONTHS!!! No one ever gets back to you!!!! EVER!!!!
