Absa iDirect Thievery

I had my car insurance cover with Absa iDirect. About two weeks ago, I sold my vehicle and ever since then, I have been struggling to cancel my car insurance. I have been calling Absa iDirect incessantly for two weeks but the moment the consultant hears that I need to cancel my insurance, they cut the call. I have then proceeded to request numerous callbacks on the website but I am yet to receive any phone call. I even lodged a formal complaint on two separate occasions with Absa's complaints division but no one has even found it necessary to respond. Clearly, Absa iDirect is a ********** organization that is getting away with *****ing people's money without any consequences. Never will I ever deal with Absa or Absa iDirect again. Please stop *****ing my money and allow me to cancel my insurance!!!!
