Absa iDirect messing my claim and causing painful anxiety

Absa iDirect Insurance full of *********** staff. I had my claim approved a while ago, and the person who sent the authorization Busi Nkosi messed up the authorization. The panel beater sent sent a quote and the Absa authorisation team sent authorisation letter almost double of what was quoted. Now I am without a car because the courtesy car has expired, and they not taking accountability.
