Absa Idirect is failing its clients and undermining them

I app**** for insurance with absa idirect and i was assisted by the guy named edwill marumo who explained a brief process over the phone and my insurance was activated. they did not even send me a policy schedule i had to request it in order to have contact details in case of an emergency. i had an accident this july on which my front tires were damaged and my bottom passenger doors had a dent i contacted absa and logged a claim and they told me the claim will be processed and they gave me a courtesy car the next day. on the 31 july 2019. the tow truck towed my car at my residence and after 30 minutes i received a call from johan pieters from loss adjusting who weanted me to provide my private personal information such as the bank statement and my check in and check out times at work. i felt violated as this guy is rude and disrespectful. he threatens to close the case if i do not provide my private information. i feel they do not follow proper procedure and why did they take my vehicle and why did they give me a courtesy car if i did not submit necessary documents? i have never received a claim process on my contract as well as that they may want my personal details when the investigation is conducted. absa is looking for ways not assist their clients. I pay a R1500 per month to be treated like this and right now i do not know where my vehicle is as i app**** for insurance to be covered not be violated and ill treated. i use the car to commute to work and assist in family issues and you guys just take my money and not assist.
