ABSA idirect insurance, BAD NEWS!

I realize I was a fool by choosing Absa Idirect as an insurer, will never make that mistake again, never. Poor service and whathaveyou! I have decided I would never use anything that has ABSA on its name including their ATMs. You will have no good customer experience if you bank or insure with them, nothing! My insurance experience with them has been utter terrible so was my banking experience with them. Poor serivce is in their blood.
