ABSA Idirect Insurance

I had a vehicle insurance with ABSA Idirect since 2020. The policy stipulates that once you complete 3 yeary without claim, you're entitled to a cash back bonus. I completed my 3 year period in July 2023, I contacted them in July 20203 jist to make sure, they promised me end of August 2023, I called them in August, they promised me September 2023, I called them again end of September, they promised me October I then decided to cancel my membership.and still continue to claim. I was told I can't claim because my policy is cancelled. I called the ABSA Complaints Department on the second week of November,to log a complaint against the insurer nothing happened,, I did a follow up last week, they promised me to sort out within 8 working hours.I haven't heard from them till today.
