ABSA Idirect fast and professional
I recently purchased a new car and decided to also take out my insurance with ABSA Idirect. Myself and the sales agent was assisted by Naledi Chiloane. I found her efficient, quick and she did everything correct. I wasn't on the phone longer than 15 minutes after which I completely understood the terms and conditions of the insurance and had everything arranged. The next day when fetching my car the sales agent informed me that this was the most professional and efficient service she had received from any insurer in many years (being a sales agent for over 20 years). So I would like to say thank you and keep up the good work! I will definitely be recommending ABSA Idirect to friends and family and will continue using them in future.
