Absa Idirect Client Service
I was helped by Mbalizethu Ngoobo at Absa idirect Client Service Department who was nothing short of amazing. She was extremely professional, calm, and poise when assisting with my policy, because I was quite irritated.
I would recommend her 100 times because she worked with me and my budget to come to my not ever thinking of leaving Absa insurance ever.
We need 1000 more Mbalizethus to help us. Thank you!
