Absa idirect a disgrace

<p>Purchased a new vehicle in Oct 2015 and took out my insurance at Absa idirect . Unfortunitaly had a accident with the new vehicle in Nov 2015. The claims took forever to settle and only received my vehicle end of January 2016 and by the way had to cancel my Holiday plans because of the delay . BUT this is not my reason for whriting this review . Now almost a year later they suddenly deside that they will increase my monthly installments by almost a thousand rand from R1587.41 to R2368.91 . Is this even legal . </p> <p>When i took out the insurance all terms and conditions where explained telephonically and not once was it mentioned that my installments will increase a year after claiming for a accident. </p> <p>This is really not ON !! Have never with previous insurances ever heard of this. </p> <p>I phoned the call centre and the explanation was symply because I claimed . Next step will be to change my Insurance but cant see how this is legal. Will a be able to get my money back ?</p> <p>A very dissapointed customer !!!!!!!!!!</p>
