ABSA I want my money back asap

To say I am vexed is an understatement. I received a quote from ABSA insurance for a Hyundai venue, the quote was for R1700 which is higher than my current insurer. They said they’ll apply some manager discount and I will get R1100 premium I said okay. They never came back to me, come 25th February ABSA is in my account trying to deduct R1700 for an insurance cover I NEVER took nor signed for. Luckily I had moved my money to the credit card account, I emailed absa and told them to cancel whatever they did on their side because I NEVER agreed to the quote, I didn’t sign anything or APPROVE anything. This month they decided they are going to take R4100 from my account I cannot even tell you why because I NEVER agreed to anything, this amount is even so outrageous because why would I pay this amount for insurance. My debit orders are bouncing back because ABSA decided to be like Standard Bank and be *******. Please bring back my money and ensure that I do not incur additional fees for all of the debit orders that bounced back. I do not care about your waiting business days I want my money as soon as possible I am not going to be inconvenienced by your thievery.
