ABSA!!! I want my money back!!!

I have withdrawn R1600 from ABSA ATM Westville mall on 20/12/2024, the money did not come out and a slip came out saying "not authorized". Tymebank has since logged a case with them and was informed that the money was withdrawn. Not taking into account another transaction of R1500 that I withdrew from the same ATM on the same day. I went to the branch in Westville and the gentleman was very helpful and printed out a document for me confirming that the money withdrawn from my account, did in fact not come out and Tymebank must claim via SASWITCH. Tymebank requested it and was declined. Where is my money?? It's been 2 months already!!! No sense of urgency whatsoever, I am out of pocket by R1600 for so long!!!
