ABSA I Want My Money………

I Did a Pay and Clear Payment to My Capitec Account 24 hrs ago, the money has not reached my Capitec account or returned back to my acc. When I called ABSA Yesterday I was told ABSA is experiencing problems the money will be back in my acc in an Hour. Unfortunately I still have not received my money amounting to 18 000. I have been in contact with ABSA and they have not assisted me in any way. I want my money. And they have charged me 40 for pay and Clear Services. They are the worst bank ever??????
