ABSA I sent you a query please respond

I am a second applicant to a joint bond with ABSA. I have been sequestrated since 2019 and ABSA was notified. I have been told that the main applicant is not sequestrated so they can't sell the house.I sent a query to ABSA stating that I understand that the main applicant is not sequestrated but I am. I am not referring to the main applicant, I'm referring to myself . I want to know why I am still part of this bond when I was sequestrated in 2019. I can't have my estate finalized, it's been 2 years now. I have children and I can't plan properly for their futures when I can't close this chapter. I sent this query to ABSA in October and they didn't bother responding to me. I sent a follow up multiple times and nobody's bothered. Despite having notified them about my sequestration, this hasn't stopped them from making payment arrangements with the main applicant without my signature. This account is 4 years in arrears and the interest keeps piling up. If ABSA is happy with having a bond account that is in arrears this long then it's okay but please can you consider that I am sequestrated.Please advise on what grounds am I still being held to this debt and what is it that is required from my side now because the sequestration order has been given to them. Why are they preventing me from having my sequestrated estate finalized?
