Absa I direct never cover my car claim

I had a claim last year wit absa I direct i hit a pot hole bust 3 tyers rims damaged my oil pump bust on my golf 5 gti they took so long to review my claim after al most 2 months they said can't pay out not pot hole damage but ware and tare damage my Machanic told me the chain snapped and bust my oil pump when I hit big pot hole in Johannesburg last year
