ABSA I DIRECT INSURANCE NOT COVERED
I have had absa I drect insurance 3rd party cover, I had an accident, avoiding another vehicle an crashed into a wall, now absa says I wasnt covered for this? I understand that they wont repair my vehicle, but doesn't this fall under 3rd party insurance claim? And this is after they have confirmed to me that they would cover this claim!!!

04 Sept 2017, 13:23Hi daphne I would appreciate clarity on this matter because I did ask if they would cover and they confirmed now four months later after continuously pushing for updates they advise that its not covered surely they would know what is and what isnt covered in thier own policy why does it have to take soo long for them to advise of such? Why provide false information? Why confirm to a client if you are not sure if the claim is covered or not? Now they say they awaiting a medical report? Does it take more than 3 months to obtain a medical report? As I have not been requested to provide such I assume they would be obtaining it themselves?
