ABSA Hyde park atrocious service

ABSA bank Hyde park has the most atrocious customer service. As an Investec client I needed to make a cash deposit. The bank did not open on time. When I approached the security guard he shot out his hand and stopped me and told me to get back. I asked him what time does the bank open and he barked at me just now and I asked what time is that, he just shouted back and did not answer me. Only 3 people were in the back to help when it eventually opened 10 minutes late. The teller messed up the deposit, he even lost the money I handed over to him having forgotten he put it into the safe below. He then deposited all the money into one account instead of two accounts. The most pathetic customer service with the rudest staff that require intensive staff training. Why Investec uses this bank for cash deposits is beyond comprehension!! A minus 10 is more like the correct rating
