Absa HR worst service ever

I'm receiving the worst service from Absa HR. This is the 2nd complaint for the same issue. Yesterday a Complaints consultant responded but advised me that she cannot say exactly when I will receive my request from the HR dept. As it is a process. This is the 4th working since I sent my request. Even after complaining I have no response. I'm so disappointed in the service because when I was a employee OF Absa I only gave my best to my customers especially when resolving a complaint. Basani didn't come back to me with feedback as yet. I must say the standards have dropped in customer service.
