ABSA HR DEPARTMENT

I have been trying to claim UIF but because Absa submitted the incorrect reason of termination to the Department of Labour. My claim keeps getting rejected since January and I am running out of time to claim. This is after I had to chase after them since July 2019 to give me the correct documents to claim. I don't know what else I have to do for my claim to be approved. What am i supposed to do as I dont have any other source of income and it seems Absa doesn't want me to get my uif which what deducted from MY salary. Must I starve ? How am I supposed to live in poverty but I was paying UIF for years. I'm not even disappointed anymore; I don't know which words are suitable for the way I feel right now.
