ABSA: How do I FICA this account?
Please assist with FICA. I went to the branch with the necessary documentation and was told to contact ***. The person responding at ficahelp referred me back to the branch. The branch would not accept the documents (which are now out of date) as the other signatory has passed away. How do I FICA this account?

30 May 2024, 15:49I've been to the branch twice with the paperwork I was asked to bring and have still not been able to FICA this account- I've spoken to the manager and person at Customer Services (Theresa). I'm told to bring something else each time. How do I FICA this account? Can someone at ABSA clearly let me know what I need to bring to the branch so that I do not have to make multiple trips to the branch, only to be told that they are unable to assist. Why does the branch not want to assist with FICA in the afternoon?
