ABSA House Insurance FAIL!!

Wasn't informed of annual premuim increase on my moms house, actually received an incorrect policy schedule. Then was contacted by the call center to chase payment of R400 increase, paid it into the same account I always do! Now we need to claim and been told that the payment cant be found to be allocated so we cant claim!. Been sent around circles to find the money, each time just get told to email the genral mailbox which we have done 5 times now!! Utter failure of a service!! Don't go to ABSA at all for any of insurance needs, behind the times and no consideration for the customer! If our roof was entirely damagaed there will be no point in having this insurance!! BECAUSE WE CANT CLAIM!!!!! ABSA SORT THIS OUT!!!
