ABSA hospital cover is a **** - they avoid paying their clients.

I am once again appalled at the terrible "service" my pensioner parents have received whilst trying to claim from ABSA's hospital 'cover'. It is very very clear and apparent that ABSA doesn't want to pay out where possible and drags their heels claiming to have not received documentation.

This happened previously as well - MONTHS later we are still trying to finalise our claim and we sent all the documentation from the start.

I am so disgusted! ABSA hospital cover is a ****....
