ABSA horrific home insurance

We are very disappointed with absa home insurance. We made a claim last year after the hail storm in November and has still not received any form of communication from absa. We treid phoning them to no avail. We also went to the bank for assistance, they also phoned the insurance department with no success. We just want an answer! I am living with this damaged house for almost 3 months now. This is ridiculous! Either way we will cancel the insurance with them. Just tell us what is going on with our claim.
