Absa horrible service

I went to visit Absa springs mall branch to ask for a settlement letter so can settle a loan with them. The staff did not know how to print the letter, thet asked me to call the call center and that did not help either. Eventually one man called another branch after I waited for almost an hour. He managed to print the letter. Then I went to the teller to pay for the loan and the teller despite having multiple swiping machines told me they do not swipe at the branch and that there was nothing she can do to help me.
