ABSA Horrible service

I made a deposit of 60K from FNB to Absa using my personal credit card, to my Husbands business account, Money cleared from FNB, appeared on the absa account, but when he tried to withdraw Absa has block the money, saying they need proof that this is not *****, they first asked me to send them proof of payment which I did, and they came back and asked me to call FNB and ask them to clear the money, but FNB had already cleared the money from their side. This is frustrating . I called FNB ***** department, and they told me they never do that, the money has been cleared on their side. I am so frustrated right now with this back and forth from absa, if this is a problem, can they reverse my money back into my account
