Absa- horrible bank and everyone there is stupid

Still haven't heard from Absa after they chowed my money and I logged a complaint .they pretend to respond on hello Peter but you don't ever hear from them again. This Innocentia Sidell was rude when I called her. Gerald schoenfeldt also said he forwarded my complaint somewhere and I still haven't heard anyone
