Absa horrible assistant

I had an issue with my vehicle finance. But anyways ended up sorting it out. However the lady by the name Emmerentia Bouw who was assisting me was so rude and very unprofessional. I hated every minute i spent in that office with her. She doesn't know how to deal with customers. I personally do not understand why she's a front desk lady or whatever her position is. But i am highly disappointed with how absa's employees deal with clients. From my experience i hate ever financing with them.
