ABSA Horison terrible service

ABSA Horison staff are extremely rude the receptionist Angie is not helpful at all. The customer service staff don’t seem to know what they are doing. Spent hour and half In ABSA Horison on Tuesday only to be given faulty card. Now back in bank for over an hour to resolve 😡
