Absa Horison branch worst of all!!

What a disgrace. I only get to this branch when really necessary. Everytime time though waiting period is excessive...no matter what time of the day. And don't even try Saturdays. Staff at reception mostly trainees or can only perform some function. Absa save yourself further shame and rather close this branch. Worst of all is having to watch the Africanacity promises and ******* whilst waiting...
