ABSA - Hopeless & Useless

Absa has been overcharging me with the monthly GOLD Cheque fee, despite advertising a discounted fee if the spouse also has a cheque account. Mh spouse has and still is an employee of Absa and had her pension invested with Absa. Nobody at absa seems interested to resolve the discounted fee issues. It seems absa had hopeless & useless, staff who are unable to perform in their duties. They keep on shifting the blame from one department to the next. Now they request me to ask the administrative department to resolve the issue. Looks like the administrative people are all on a joy ride at absa. Nobody is interested. Very expensive and very poor service.
