Absa Homeowners Insurance very very bad

Absa Homeowners Insurance is absolutely unprofessional. I need to put in a claim for the first time and I got a claim nr and was told that an Assessor would call me. Still no call. I have wet wires in my roof following a storm. This could be a fire hazard!! I keep being put on hold until I run out of airtime!!! Nobody calls back. Nobody can pick up the claim nr I got. If this is how the first time goes...imagine!!!
