ABSA Homeowners Insurance
a 1 Star is generous. After lodging a claim form a burst pipe in May 22, I have had 10 emails back and forth as well as telephonic calls to 2 useless agents namely Lionell van Rooyen and Mthokozisi Shabongu, who keep requesting the same information. After following up on them, all email correspondence is ignored, I moved my cheque and cars away and will NEVER recommend this Bank. F^&%# useless
