Absa Homeowners insurance

I am disgusted with the service I have received from The payment side of Absa Homeowners insurance. Although Esther in the claims department has tried her utmost to assist, the payments department has blocked me at every turn. I have sent documents 15 times to process payment so that I can fix my ceiling, that is what the claim is for, so in the meantime I sit with a hole in my ceiling and no funds to be able to fix it.
