ABSA homeowners insurance

Finally got my cupboard replaced only to find that the pipes are still leaking and now the new cupboard is getting damaged!!!!! How does ABSA do it??? Can I get some service? Can I get some assistance with claims?? Maybe those are the questions that ABSA should add into their adverti*****ts!!!!!! Because clearly ABSA does not know what they are doing! Not worth banking with ABSA. Pathetic customer service and they have the worst contractors too. But then again the contractors are contracted to the worst bank so I guess it’s fitting.
