Absa Homeowners building insurance - waste of time, money and effort.

Do not EVER, EVER use Absa building/Homeowners Insurance to insure your home. They are the worst. Quick to take your money every month, but it literally takes them weeks to answer an email. And when they do, most of the employees have NO CLUE WHATSOEVER what they are doing. Spare yourself a lot of money, frustration and time and use another bank for this. Their service fees are also beyond ridiculous.
