ABSA Homeloans unable to help. Keep getting cut off.
Hi Absa. Im trying to ammend my homeloan. I've tried to phone Absa homeloans but I keep getting cut off instead of being transferred. This is unfortunately how I have to communicate now. I have 230 months remaining on my homeloan payments (Bond nr: ***). I would like to extend the amount of months if possible. Due to inflation my monthly debit has gone up to R 10293.00 which is extremely high and unaffordable. Can you please assist?
