ABSA Homeloans most ***********

From the best bank to the worst bank ever! Home loan department are honestly the most *********** , each month we pay our home loan 3 days before the actual date it must be paid, and then after a month they tell us we are in arrears!!! We pay from ABSA to ABSA straight into the home loan account but still they can not allocate the payment, each month they tell us we are in arrears, why??? Last month they told me the system does not pick up our payments but will be corrected, this month again its not corrected. because off this absa blocked my credit card my without even a notice!!!! For things that are paid already!!!!!!! their fault and not us!!! because they they are to *********** to do their jobs!!!! I will close all my accounts including my Business account I am 100% fed up to work with lazy *********** people month after month!!!!!!
