Absa homeloans is the ****en worst!

If I could this institution a negative rating, I would!!!!. My partner got retrenched and for 2 months I was unable to pay the bond as we needed to cover other expenses. I finally managed to sort our finances out and have been paying consistently. I email the bond restructuring team to set up an new arrange, which the confirmed is set up, pending the three months monitoring. After the three months, they came with a new story, telling me that I didn't sign the form to confirm the agreement. I then lost my entire ****!!!! Nobody informed me of this form that was supposed to be signed, not the consultant, not anybody! I logged an internal complaint and they were very helpful for a while. Last confirmation received was that the restructuring team will contact me, this was over a month ago! I followed up in the week and no response yet again! This is affecting out lives because we can't apply for anything! For ****en 2 months missed payments!!!! They are not sympathetic to South Africans problems. Dealing with Absa is worst than the ****ing government!!!!! I have never felt this hopeless and humiliated by a service provider. Who are these people working there, do they know their jobs. I do not have enough time and typing strength to detail my experience with Absa home loans! It is the absolute ****, worst!
