Absa Homeloans - is Mokhadi out there?

I app**** for a Homeloan online. The process was dealt with efficiently, until it was handed over to Mokhadi Kgagamedi. She wanted 6 months payslips, as I have an allowance (This is a car allowance that never changes). She then claimed she didn't receive my emails, ID etc. The story thereafter was that her emails didn't work. I tried to follow up last week, and received an out of office response. The out of office contact email address didn't work. I've sent an email on the 11th, and 16th and still haven't received a response on the progress of my application.
