Absa Homeloans

I would like to raise my dissatisfaction with Absa Branch Bedfordview. I visited the branch to discuss my home loan account, which is a joint bond. Recently divorced and trying to comply with the divorce decree and the indebtedness that is misplaced given that I have not been living in that house for 8 years.I wanted to know my options,but I was instead sent from pillar to post. Its important that i resolve this because it is in the way of getting my own home loan for me and my minor children
