ABSA Homeloans - Do not even bother

<p>I have been let down once again by ABSA (Homeloans). When I bought my 1st property 5y ago, I was given a homeloan by Standard Bank (whom I did not even bank with at the time). After banking with ABSA for 15y I then, in 2012, moved my portfolio to Standard Bank but kept my ABSA savings account. I am in the SAME boat, once again. I am purchasing a property, and once again, all banks approved me (as I have a private banker at Standard Bank, qualify for much more then I am purchasing and excellent credit rating etc) but ABSA will yet again not help me. As a an estate agent for RE/MAX of Southern Africa, I will no longer submit any of our homeloans applications to ABSA, as it seems that you are not interested in obtaining new, or keeping old customers. I am utterly disgraced by the incompetency of your Homeloans Division
