Absa Homeloans Disgrace

<p>At the beginning of july 2016 myself and my wife app**** to have our debit order date for our home loan changed from the 1st of the month to the 27th of every month , because we found that absa has been *****ing us over by calculating their interest before our bond payment goes off. in other words we havent been making a dent in our bond , our bond just keeps increasing because of these absa ********* , after asking 3 different people from absa to change the debit order date , we are still waiting for this change to happen , and in the meantime they have somehow managed to completely forget about taking our july payment , so i will now again be *****ed out of R5000 and who knows what effect this will have on my bond , i am fed up with the incompetence of absa , if this problem isnt resolved and my july payment isnt deducted in the next 24 hours , i will be taking the case up with the ombudsman and my attorney.</p>
