Absa Homeloans Department

As with many people I am in arrears with my homeloan. I am selling my house because I cannot afford it. I was offered a 65% settlement of the full arrears by Poswa, Absa's lawyers. I explained that the house was being sold and I was told the offer is still valid. I accepted the offer only to be told later that because it is a private sale I no longer qualify. This is prejudicial. It was not explained that way to me. Absa and its legal team doing whatever they want as they usually do.
