ABSA Homeloan Insurance poor service yet again!

My property located in Rustenburg sustained water damage from a terrible storm. I am Insured by ABSA Homeloan insurance, however, the claim was reported on 2nd November 2020. After numerous follow-ups via emails and calls, no feedback was received to date. Promises were made but nevertheless to no avail. My tenants of the property are running out of patience and threaten to move out. Will ABSA Homeloan Insurance be compensating me for the loss of income due to poor service. Claim number: ***
