ABSA Homeloan cancellation

Struggling with ABSA to close my Homeloan account and finalise the refund. Why is there no contact number for the cancellation department? The ABSA appointed cancellation attorney emailed that the matter was finalised on their side. ABSA says they are waiting for the attorney. Now what?
