Absa Homeloan Cancellation

Im an Absa / United client for 30 years, and for the first time I have to say, Im so disappointed in your horrible service and client service I don’t know where to start.

During the sale of my property, I had to wait three months for my bond cancellation monies to be paid over to me. Did they apologize - NO. Absa hand over their cancellation instruction over to Drake, Flemmer & Orsmond; Quenera Office Park, Quenera Drive, Beacon Bay North, whom told me - that they didn't know where the money (paid over from Absa) should go. So what did the attorneys do? They kept it with them - never requested who the owner is. Is this ok Absa? The money was only paid over to me - because I asked for it, otherwise they would of kept it, and never paid it to the client. Maybe for a Christmas party to welcome Absa managers?

These are the kind of attorneys that Absa appoint and welcome to their systems (if Absa appoints this kind of *******ion - why can i not appoint my own cancellation attorneys? Please Absa for the next cancellation I don’t want your arrogant attorneys to be appointed)- it is tragic that this company don't see the need of treating customers fairly, and basically ***** our money. (how else can I rate this – they would of never paid the money over it I didn’t ask for it) Upon asking the attorneys about why they took so long - I received an arrogant answer - Im tired with dealing with arrogant attorneys too.

Absa does not allow me any freedom for any late payments - yet Absa allows my money to be kept by ******* attorneys for however long they feel is necessary.

How is this helping your mission statement that you broadcast on your websites? As I said - utterly disappointed in horrible service. I also wrote to Absa complaint department and homeloans department – no support nor explanation was offered - even that doesn't bother Absa, because supporting a below par attorneys firm, is more lucrative to Absa.
