ABSA homeloan account blocked

ABSA homeloans have blocked my Bond account with a status that they don't have proof of building insureance. Firstly this was provided to them when the loan was taken out. I have now resubmitted the proof of Insurance, but it will take 5 days for them to unblock the account. We've transferd a big lump sum into the bond and need to witdraw some of the funds urgently. The call center is unable to assist and will not escelate. This has a uge negative impact on us!!!
