Absa Homeloan

My bond was on arrears and I have paid up the arrears. I have requested them to review my interest which is above 13% and they told me that I need to wait for 12 months for them to monitor the account in order for them to consider reviewing my interest rate. I am considering to switch to another bank because I can't continue to watch you ripping me off.
