Absa Homeloan 90 day termination Notice

I called to extend my notice period as my bond was not cancelled within the 6months of placing the notice. I placed this notice on the 05 July 2021

The 1st consultant extends it for me and sends me an email saying that I will still be liable for the penalties. When I questioned her about this, she transfers my call back to the queue for me to speak to someone else.

The second consultant I spoke to apparently can't see anything on the system about me calling in for the 90day notice in July. Thankfully I had asked the consultant to send me an email confirming the notice in July.

Can someone please contact me that is able to extend my notice, as my bond will be cancelled within the month of January and I will not be liable for any penalties as I have followed your notice process and I can't be liable for your *********** consultants.
