ABSA HOMEL LOAN

Good day , I have made an application for further advance on my home loan, it was conditional granted on valuation. Today I call to make a follow up on the application and I was told that my application was decline due to the property value have not increased from the last time it was valuated. I bought the house this years and rebuild the house , no one came to my house now to valuate the house. the last valuation was done was when I bought the house. How they just assume that value have not increased without coming out to valuated the house. this is unprofessional from Absa. please arrange for the valuator to come and revaluate the house have been rebuild and addition have been made.
