Absa homeaffairs Stellenbosch

So I had an appointment today at 11 at absa homeaffairs Stellenbosch. Got there at 10:40 , had to wait till 11 mind you there was nobody there when we got there . When it was my son's turn he did his photo and fingerprint. Next the other lady called us for his documents. Now she had an attitude from the start. So she's asking what paperwork I have. I produce it saying this is what the system asked me to bring when I did it online application. Now shes getting louder and saying it's not what the system wants it's what she wants, and she want the biological mothers I'd and not mine cause I'm only the fostercare parent .So at that point I'm just keeping to the fact that the system didn't ask for it. Then she's asking did I upload documents and I say no cause the system say you can upload or bring to appointment at branch. She then go off and very loadly that I'm supposed to upload. So we go on and on as I feel if there system did want me to upload or bring biological I'd it wouldn't have given me the appointment to complete the id. Disappointed that staff that must render a service think the company belong to them, very rude and disrespectful staff. Lastly why I'm doing this review under Absa bank is because through all this she's saying she's not working for homeaffairs but for absa homeaffairs and they work differently. Please absa I'm disgusted that people like this is working for you or claiming they work for you. Will advise everyone to go to different branch.
